Postdoctoral Workstation

The Postdoctoral Research Workstation of China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. (the “Workstation”) is a research institution approved by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the China Postdoctoral Management Committee. The Workstation focuses on the important theoretical issues in China's economic operation and development, the important theoretical issues in and practices of capital market reforms and development, and the realistic, foreseeing and strategic issues during the innovative development process of security companies. It aims at attracting, training and reserving high-level research talent, as well as enhancing the overall competitiveness of China Galaxy Securities, promoting the sustainable development of the Company and advancing the theoretical construction of China's capital market. We aim to build China Galaxy Securities into a first-class domestic brokerage firm, serve the reform and development of the capital market, and the development and prosperity of China's economy and financial science through broad-angle, in-depth and high-quality research.

Training Centre

Galaxy Research Institute has established a Training Centre, which is responsible for the centralised management of the company's training work. The functions of the Training Centre include: formulation of the Company's training policies and regulations; construction of training infrastructure; formulation and implementation of training plans and annual training plans; review of training projects; review of participation in external (third-party) training; management and utilisation of training funds; organisation, guidance, coordination, supervision and inspection of the training work of all departments and sub-supporting organisations within the Company; management of training files; and evaluation of training effectiveness, etc. Since its establishment, the Training Centre has adhered to the concept of “implementing strategy and promoting performance”, and has strived to construct a complete training system with different tiers, grading and categories, which is playing an increasingly important role in building a knowledge management system, creating a learning organisation, building a talent ladder for the Company featured by grading and categorisation, and serving the Company's business transformation and expansion.
